This company, trusted by North America's most-loved brands for their customer experience management, survey, mystery shopping, audits, geolocation data capture and event marketing automation solutions, just entered into an agreement to further its overall growth strategy.

%IntouchInsight (TSXV: $INX ) (OTCQX: $INXSF ) announced in a press release today that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Brand Equity Builders Inc. (BEB) for $3.13 million on September 15, 2023. BEB is the parent company of both Alta360 Research Inc. and its sister company Ardent Retail Services Inc. The deal is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Alta is a U.S. customer experience measurement company that has provided services across the country since 1999. Ardent is a new venture offering in-store services such as merchandising and re-branding. The letter of intent was signed on June 2, 2023, and the targeted closing date is October 1, 2023.

Intouch said the acquisition will accelerate the growth of its services revenue and add new customers to its base. Intouch offers a complete portfolio of customer experience management (CEM) products and services that help global brands delight their customers, strengthen brand reputation and improve financial performance. Intouch helps clients collect and centralize data from multiple customer touch points, gives them actionable, real-time insights, and provides them with the tools to improve customer experience continuously.
