It’s not very often that we dig into public offering announcements since usually it has a negative effect on the underlying share price due to dilution. This whole mindset of ours shifts however when a previously announced public offering is cancelled.

That’s exactly what happened with %SaverOne2014 (Nasdaq: SVRE) on Tuesday morning after the company withdrew it’s plans for a securities offering. Shares of the micro cap are currently bid up at $0.461/share (+8.93% implied open for sellers) at the time of writing. It should be an exciting session to watch!

Saverone 2014 Ltd (Nasdaq: $SVRE ) provides driver protection solutions. The company's product restricts the driver from surfing, communicating and receiving alerts while driving.
